If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items not subject to return will be so indicated in the item description.
All returns must be shipped with proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund or credit. Once your item is received, we will notify you that we have taken delivery of your item. After inspecting the item, we will then update you on your refund status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Some items may not be subject to a refund, in which case we will provide you with a credit toward future purchases.
You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs and for fully insuring the items being returned.
